Cablenut Values For 6000 Down 300 Up

Hello Friends Of Cable Nut,
i have comast as my ISP...
my download speed is 6000
my upload is 300
here is my test from speedguide

i used the 10mb down and the 5 mb up
these are crazy i think they are wrong but i called my isp they said i have 6000 down and
300 up
