NEVER EVER wire anyone money.  Ebay, to me, is now notorious for fraud.  Recently I won auction on Ebay for Sony bada$$ Vaio for 1700.  3 other people won.  Seller wanted $ wired to Netherlands, I checked it out, emaled seller who was none too talkative, decided against it, luckily.  Stupid me.  Unfortunately, 1 of the winners DID wire 1850.00.  He lost it, replied to me "sick to my stomach."
