Hello and welcome.

Everyone here is a volunteer and pretty busy these last weeks...

I usually have to look at your situation for a bit before I come up with an answer for you. Most of the other guys are really quick.

Check back in a bit if I dont modify this post first...     ;D

Truthfully- the speed test you posted shows you are getting your speed...

But try these settings...

DefaultReceiveWindow = 49152
DefaultSendWindow = 16384
DisableAddressSharing = 1
InitialLargeBufferCount = 200
InitialMediumBufferCount = 480
InitialSmallBufferCount = 640
LargeBufferSize = 819200
MaxFastTransmit = 64000
MediumBufferSize = 150400
Priority Boost = 0
SmallBufferSize = 12800
TransmitWorker = 32
FastSendDatagramThreshhold = 4096
EnableFastRouteLookup = 1
EnablePMTUDiscovery = 1
IgnorePushBitsOnReceives = 0
GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize = 5808
MaxFreeTcbs = 8000
MaxHashTableSize = 16384
MaxNormLookupMemory = 5000000
SackOpts = 1
SynAttackProtect = 1
Tcp1323Opts = 0
TcpLogLevel = 1
TcpMaxDupAttacks = 3
TcpMaxHalfOpen = 100
TcpMaxHalfOpenRetired = 80
TcpRecvSegmentSize = 1452
TcpSendSegmentSize = 1452
TcpTimedWaitDelay = 30
TcpUseRFC1122UrgentPointer = 0
TcpWindowSize = 5808
MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server = 10
MaxConnectionsPerServer = 8
DefaultTimeToLive = 64
DefaultUserTOSSetting = 0
TcpMaxDataRetransmissions = 6
DefaultTOSValue = 240

Remember to reboot after you save them...

here's the new result

(http://www.speedtest.net/result/799176796.png)

sometimes it reach 500-600 but sometimes 400+.

how to make it stable to 500-600 speed?

Try this.. Where the value has the equal (=) sign and there's no value. make sure you blank them out. Some DSL over the backend of a ATM might not like the standard settings and if your on a Relay like a lot of sites in your area it may never be 100% stable.. AND sometimes a firewall and antivirus can make things look a little less stable.. Im not telling you to turn off either but you might want to disable the Antivirus during the test

Again where the = has no value. Blank out the setting.. save the new settings and reboot..
The settings I gave you are more for a DSL over ATM and sometimes deals with higher latency better.. Please note I don't always get here to post in the help area and As chpalmer said its been very busy for all of us.....

DefaultReceiveWindow = 49152
DefaultSendWindow = 16384
DisableAddressSharing = 1
InitialLargeBufferCount = 200
InitialMediumBufferCount = 480
InitialSmallBufferCount = 640
LargeBufferSize = 819200
MaxFastTransmit = 64000
MediumBufferSize = 150400
Priority Boost = 0
SmallBufferSize = 12800
TransmitWorker = 32
FastSendDatagramThreshhold = 4096
EnableFastRouteLookup = 1
EnablePMTUDiscovery = 1
IgnorePushBitsOnReceives =
GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize = 5808
MaxFreeTcbs =
MaxHashTableSize =
MaxNormLookupMemory =
SackOpts =
SynAttackProtect = 1
Tcp1323Opts =
TcpLogLevel =
TcpMaxDupAttacks = 3
TcpMaxHalfOpen =
TcpMaxHalfOpenRetired =
TcpRecvSegmentSize = 1412
TcpSendSegmentSize = 1412
TcpTimedWaitDelay = 30
TcpUseRFC1122UrgentPointer =
TcpWindowSize = 5808
MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server = 12
MaxConnectionsPerServer = 10
DefaultTimeToLive = 117
DefaultUserTOSSetting = 0
TcpMaxDataRetransmissions = 6
DefaultTOSValue = 232

Remember to reboot after you save them...
Something else to remember and your provider is never gonna tell you this..
You might be on a DSL card at the connection office that sharing the same DSL circuit with 4 or more users.. thats been very common place in your end of the world for awhile
